SA Home loans Insurance

SA Home Loans cancelled my insurance on the 7th of November 2017 and only inform me today 1 Dec 2017. The insurance was cancelled due to the fact after my late husband estate was finalise and the bond was closed. When I contact SA Home loans I was not able to continue with the insurance because the bond was paid up and closed.
