SA HOME LOANS - HOME OWNERS INSURANCE A JOKE!!! INCLUDING SERVICE PROVIDERS

Had a claim against my electrical fence/intercom last year. Not even 3 months the intercom continued to do the same thing that I put in a claim. There was at that time major storms and hail damage etc. The service provided appointed by SA Home Loans came out a number of times for the same thing in less than a 3 months space of each other. Also not meeting appointment and just arriving without notification. I informed SA Home Loans and also have my emails from 2018 regarding this. The guys were went out again by SA Home Loans and gave SA Home Loans one story and me another. SA Home Loans is just taking the service providers story without hearing my story and now claims its a new claim yet it was never repaired correctly from the start. They expect to take our HOME OWNERS insurance money each month but dont respond when a claim in relevant and are happy to just put in another claim and gain an excess fee. I really QUESTION the service providers that SA Home Loans use and looking into moving my bond away from them.
