SA Home Loans does not deliver on their promise.

We are not getting any pleasure out of SAHL. So we moved all our insurance to Old Mutual. They have sent the cancelation letters. And for two months now SAHL still deducts the insurance that has been canceld. Their response is that the do not pay back money that has already been deducted. But we are not allowed to make use of their servives. Every claim is ware and tare and not their problem. They have no interest in helping us. I feel it is ***** taking somebodies money after it has been canceld.
