Sa home loans deceiving

I have 2 bonds with sa home loans. I have been with them for 14 years. The first time was an absolute pleasure. 2nd bond a nightmare. Apart from them making virtually impossible to get your own life insurance cover for your bond their service now is extremely pathetic. My 1st bond statement use to reflect the total amount owing and showed the monthly debit amounts as well as any extra deposits i paid in. 2nd bond statement does not show this at all. They say if you pay extra each month into your bond you will save in the long run, but not with sa home loans.
