SA home loans customer service is a BIG ZERO

Not too long ago I wrote a review of how my email was left unattended. I received a telephone call from SAMUKELISIWE MTHEMBU who apologise and assured me to contact her directly when she I have another query. I did that but its been a week and I received no feedback from the consultant. I contacted SA home loans and Keanu said she is available and will put me through but she did not answer my call. I contacted SA home loans again and he said that he will send her an email to contact me. I am so disappointed in this institution
