SA Home Loans

SA Home Loans are the worst. Replaced my geyser in 2016. They appointed the plumbing company. The plumbers connected copper pipes on galvanized pipes without using a dielectric union causing all my pipes all over my house to rust, leak and burst. My walls are deteriorating, ceilings must be replaced, floor skirtings are rotting. I have replaced some of the pipes bit by bit, but can't afford to replace all of them at the same time. My house is in a badly damaged state, pipes need to be replaced as soon as possible. I contacted SA Home Loans numerous times and they just tell me it's not there problem, my insurance does not cover pipes, they don't want to get involved, I should contact the plumbers they appointed, they contract, they pay with my insurance and SA Home Loans has this arrogant attitude. SA Home Loans and the plumbers are to blame, but none of them would take responsibility, or listen to my issue, they just say sorry sir, we can't help you. My money is good enough every month, what will happen if I skip my mortgage one month?! Yet you get away with your mistakes, you flee the scene and leave me a paying customer in ruins. Is this fair, is this just? I want to be compensated to fix this problem because it's getting worse day by day and more expensive. Shame on you SA Home Loans, you are most unconsidered. Please anyone who wants to buy a home, don't use SA Home Loans.
