Sa home loans

I've had my bond with Sahl for 17 years, apparently I still owe ****,of which I don't understand, however was a joint bond. In 2016 I separated from my husband and eventually lost all contact since 2019,got divorced in 2020 whereby the court revoked all his rights and claims to the property. I send the divorce decree to Sahl asking them to re-register the bond and remove his name, they told me they need him to sign a form, whereby I told them that I couldn't get a hold of him, they even informed me that they also failed to trace him on a credit check, yet told me that unfortunately there's nothing they can do, it's my responsibility. In 2022 I was involved in a car accident in December, I continued paying the bond, however started having trouble from March, as I was no longer receiving full salary, I contacted them, send payslip, bank statements and the letter from HR, explaining, however they refuse to accept that to assist me in making payment arrangements. Stating that unfortunately there's nothing they can do, I'm still liable for full payment. I asked ****ha from their legal department how I would make payments, if the bond is 13k and salary I'm receiving now is 11k,she said, there's nothing she can do. I'm losing my home, the only home my children knows, as I'm a single mother, I'm losing it after paying for 17 years and they want to take it. I'm still not at work and I can't afford to pay the 13k, as I'm not healed, meaning I'm losing my home because Sahl says they cannot assist me, of which I don't understand, why not, they refuse to assist me in any way, as if really they just want to take my home and get it over with, after paying so many years. SAHL is being very unfair and inhumane, I'm so disappointed and heartbroken. I'm earning a quarter of my salary due to the injuries, yet they expect me to pay full bond payments, which is more than my salary currently. Sincerely (*** bond account number )
