SA home loans

I app**** to have my home transferred out of my ex husband's name as per a court order from a divorce. I approached sa home loans as our bond was with them. This has been going 9n since 9 November 2022, at the Pinetown branch. Everytime I call them, they give me some excuse why it has not been approved. Why they haven't submitted my application as the credit depart need this and then that. So spoke to manager at the branch. She will let me know, I have called left messages and no response from them. This is disgusting the way they conduct their business. I have been a loyal customer since 2013. They are all words, yes they will help, but nothing since 9 Nov 2022. I'm very upset that no one can call and tell me whats happening, aka, nothing 😔. The service is shocking. You can call me on ***. Thanks Kim Hall.
