SA Home loan Insurance a ****

Had terrible wind and rain that resulted in my home gutters damaged, put in a claim and assessor was sent to site and claim was rejected and their reason maintenance. I was maintaining my gutters but my gardener was doing that hence no proof of maintenance was sent to them yearly. Appealed their decision but they sent same rejection letter. Asked them to send another assessor with no luck but they just said go ahead and complain to ombudsman knowing very well it takes time for issues to be resolved through ombudsman. I am so dissatisfied with their service as I have been with them from 2018 and never claimed even once. Now the claim it’s less than R20k I get this…
