SA Home Loan deception

Their consultant assigned to our bond, did not disclose all information. Promised there would be no additional costs to switching the bond and gave a three month timeline for matters to be settled. It is now 4 months later, a R30 000 additional loan had to be taken for our account, they had to switch lawyers, as the original lawyers made mistakes and unkept promises. Now we have to wait another month for the switch to take place and to receive any kind of cash payout.
