S A Home Loans Insurance USELESS

Being a client of S A Home Loans for some 20 odd years.I kept my Home owners insurance policy with them. My home was burgled on Sat 2 December 2017. Complaint lodged on Sat 2 December 2017 with call centre. Reference No : CL ********** Contact Person Nikita. One week has passed and they have not approved the damage done. Nikita promised to approve repairs when I called her @39:30 on 7 December2017. House is not secured. Saturday 9 December 19:15 the very same ******* tried to access the property.Thank GOD the **** saw them and pressed the panic. Payments are taken off on debit order monthly. Very first incident in all the years and they are unable to authorize repairs to secure the property. Strange there are no complaints when they take the cash every month. Called on Friday 8 December 2017 and to my surprise they all attending a Christmas function. The attitude to client service is pathetic . My family are at risk and they just dont give a F???????. There is no sense of URGENCY in getting the premises secured. Do they want someone to get ****ed or ****D before authorization is given for repairs and security gates to be replaced. Gatvol of their incompetence. My advice to anyone wanting to use them for insurance purposes will be disastrous. Sick and tired . Should any harm come to my kids I will SUE them to hell and back.
