S. A. Home Loans Insurance Extremely Unreliable

Had my faulty geyser replaced by S A Home Loans Insurance on the 2nd of September 2017. They sent Juan Plumbers who were extremely inefficient. They damaged my ceilings, a light fitting and the wiring of three security beams because the water poured down the walls and all the electrical wiring in the ceiling was rough shod over by the workers of Juan Plumbers. S. A Home Loans Insurance sent 5 different people since then to assess. To date nothing has been done. I had to inform my Insurers of content cover to remove the beams from my policy because they were no longer working 100%. S A Home Loan Insurers have been sending me from person to person, I even spoke to a manager Karine Button to no avail. Spoke to a gentleman Bhavesh who promised to keep me updated but that never materialised. FYI...All the assessors requested a daytime appointment even though we are at work. Only 2 of the 5 assessors that visited agreed after much persuasion to meet at 16Hoo. S. A Home Loan Insurance is a great disappointment and I will be referring this matter once its concluded to the Ombudsman.
