Rude Consultants Ms Nkwanyana

SA. HOME LOANS, your consultants are very rude. I have been allocated Ms Thembelihle Nkwanyana, and oh boy, her attitude is too much. I have sent her an email on the 12 January hoping to get some form of clarity, but all she does is yell and act like a victim on the phone without any form of solution. I am made a payment on the 17th of December believing that 28th of December its far. Now I have been called and told that I need to make another payment for December, as the one I had made was for the November 2022. Even my statement shows that another payment should be done on the 28th of January 2023.

Sometimes I wish SA Home loans could take us seriously. Their consultants are very rude and this needs to be addressed. Moreover, they ignore the emails we send them.
