Rude and unhelpful

Our debit order bounced because they were debiting more than expected and when dealing with their collections agents... we are treated like lepers. They are rude and unhelpful. They truly have no respect for their customers, acting as though they're doing us a favor. I would seriously not recommend anyone from using them. They will just give you trouble.
