Rude and judgemental

Worst company ever, as mentioned in other posts the staff their are rude and there is absolutely no empathy. I was trying to claim loss of income for retrenchment from the insurance, I was not covered and thanked the lady for advising me. Then I get another email from a lady on the homeland side asking about how much my package was and surely I have other income before telling me that they cannot assist. I didn't even ask for assistance beyond the insurance. Seriously I have dealt with many financial institutions and have never received such a derogatory email. I actually cannot even believe the audacity.
