Rowen Naidu and SA Homeloans insurance team

On Monday 07 August 2023 we had a incident at our home where our electrical fence were cut and our alarm beams were ******. I phoned in to register a claim at 08.03am At 08:30 we received a call from Rowen Naidu. A few minutes later we received our Claim Number. Rowen phoned to let us know that their service provider would come and asses the claim at 11:00am. The service provider arrived at 10:30am I again received a call from Rowen at 13:08 informing me that the claim has been validated and that we could continue with the repairs. At 15:40 the claim was settled. We would just like to thank the SA Homeloans team for their friendly service, prompt service and constant communication. Specifically Rowen for being such a great consultant. Friendly, understanding and supportive. The service we received made the unpleasant journey so much easier. Monday night we could go to bed in peace knowing that the repairs has been done. Once again THANK YOU
