Ridiculous service

SA Homeloans insurance is absolutely ridiculous. When we had storms our roof leaked badly. They send out an assessor and they say the beams and roof will not be covered due to maintenance. We have only lived here for a year so surely maintenance would have been the previous owners problem which he clearly did not do. I fail to understand why I am even paying insurance. Now our kitchen cupboards had heavy mould and that looks like it’s due to a pipe leaking in the wall next door I. The shower and they now say rejection they don’t cover that!!!
