Resistance in complete cancellation of a Paid up Home Loan

Good day I wish to lodge another complaint with SA Homeloans for not finalizing my paid up Homeloan. Instead I received a debit order instruction by them which I have not authorized and they are linking it to NCR Listing the credit provider as Blue Banner Securitisation Vehicle RC1 of R57

What is the meaning of this? The attachment was transferred directly into my spam email as their attachment could not be opened.

I consider this as ***** as I have requested for a cancellation which is not properly executed.
