Rejected legit claim for fallen wall, dragged on causing safety and security problem for months.

Our wall collapsed on February 6th. There had been a lot of rain lately. All seemed ok until the assessor came. Apparently our wall should not be over 1.6m high. Well, whose wall is not higher than that? Also, SAHL Insurance does not cover that stuff, like walls. Went to Ombudsman. Its like dealing with Telkom. Its September 2017 now. No responses from insurance or Ombudsman. Useless bunch really. I think Ombudman should be replaced and monitored. We eventually rebuilt the wall ourselves. SA Home Loans Insurance is garbage. Don't put yourself through this.
