rejected claim

I registered a claim in Dec 2014, water damage to cupboards in scullery , contractor came out after about 5 weeks , and heard nothing since , when i inquired i found that the claim has been rejected ?<br> <br> according to them the damages happened over a period of time , I fixed all the pipes in the wall at my cost !<br> The contractor that visited my house was no professional and yes water in walls behind a cupboard does not show up immediately .<br> <br> And how hard did Pricilla try to notify me !!! tell me how much commission does your scruffy contractor get to reject my claim????
