Regretting moving to SA Homeloans

To Whom it may Concern,<br> When signing up with SAHL, I was told by the area manager that any further issues I have to contact Beverly. I emailed her asking for help on changing debit order. She rep**** by cc'ing me in.<br> Wow, what can I say Zinhle, you did your SAHL proud. I requested a change of banking details, which you emailed me the form in order to change.I completed the form as requested for banking changes on the 14 March. A few days later you emailed me, requesting a bank letter, which wasn't on your first request with form. <br> It was understood that completing the form and banking details will change. I didn't have time as I explained that I was overseas and that there is nothing I can do. Now the debit order hasn't gone off and now I have received a email to say my credit rating will be affected. I'm purchasing a new car next week and if my credit rating has being affected, I have never had any sort of bad record on ITC,ever. <br> I PAY MY ACCOUNTS.<br> It is the SAHL error for not loading the new banking details in order for your debit order to go off.<br> VERY DISAPPOINTED IN SAHL SERVICE. MY ACCOUNT IS WAITING TO BE <br> DEBITED . YOU'RE PROMPT ACTION WILL RESULT IN YOU RECEIVING PAYMENT.
