Refuses to remove judgment on paid debt

We fell behind with our bond payment and SA home loans has put a judgment with a wrong amount against us , we owed them R109000 and they **********ly app**** for judgement for 1.2 million ,,(bond value)even though we had arrangements to pay the money we were behind with. We have since paid up the money and they refuse to remove the judgment. They are telling us their policies does not allow them. Now we are stuck with a JUDGMENT FOR A DEBT WE DNT OWE ANYMORE......PATHETIC SERVICE FROM THEM I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM
