Refusal of Advance Loan

We, me and my wife have a home loan with SAHome Loan now we want to Extend the house.They gave us requirements which were Valuation report, plan, and also done assessments how much we qualify for. Then gave us quotes how much we qualify Further Advance which is R65 000 and Further Loan is R95 000. Total of R160 000.We sent us forms to apply with all the monthly expenses. Then our application was refused. We were told the reason for rejection of our application is that we wrote 'Extension' instead of 'Renovation'. They give people who renovate not who do extensions. And they refuse to give us rejection letter or email to state the reason for rejection.
