Refund

I was on debt review and my house got sold and the transfer went through the 1st week of December. But on the 29th December my bond payment was paid by Hyphen/Debtbusters to SA Home loans. I have been querying this since then. I was asked to send my proof of baking detials by SA homeloans so that they could refund me. Then they said that they want POP from Hyphen/Debtbusters as it was paid by them. This was sent through. Between SA home loans and Debtbusters no one comes back to be if I dont query this. I was told that the payment will be made on the 23rd Feb by SA Home loans. On the 1st March Debtbusters asked for a POP from SA Homeloans as the money still did not reflect on the Hyphen/Debtbusters account. On the 4th March SA Homeloans said that the money will show on that day because they had problems trying to process the bulk payments. I queried again yesterday and debtsbusters asked SA home loans for a POP or if they have not processed the payment as yet to Hyphen/Debtbusters then they should pay it into my account as my transfer went through already. We have had no response from SA home loans. I really dont know what to do.
