RATHER USE A REPUTABLE BANK!!!!

I sold my house to a family who is using SAHL. Honestly its delay after delay and excuse after excuse. For in excess of a month the documents are lying at the deeds office awaiting transfer and they have been unable to link the matter to get this through. This is not a difficult process and never in all my previous property sales have I witnessed such a delay and endless we are working on it and escalating... Please do yourself and everyone else a favour and rather use a reputable bank who know what they are doing, save yourself the pain and frustration of what we are going through!
