When taking out a loan at SA Homeloans they are quick to promise you can deposit and withdraw additional funds.

I have paid R800 000 extra additionally to my monthly debit order. Now that I want to make use of the "Rapid Re-Advance" they are full of excuses not pay out the funds. This is my own money that I've paid in additionally. I'm not requesting a new loan or further advance.

I have been a client of SA Homeloans for many years with a clean record, never missed a payment.
