Putrid Service.....

<p>3 Days ago my Geyser burst, reported the morning after we discovered it. Called SA Home Loans Insurance, seemed liked we were getting joy out of them until after the call and nothing more from the insurance!! Someone came out and turned the blooming geyser off,leaving us without any hot water for three days now, we have carpets that are wet and stinking from the damage caused by the burst geyser and my ceiling looks like it is about to collapse at any minute!!! After numerous calls back to the insurance nobody can help me, nobody knows what I am talking about everytime I call I have to explain the same story over and over again, I am at my witts end, what am I paying for? Where is the customer service? Can someone please assist me?? SA Homeloans Suc****! </p>
