Possible compromised email address

I’ve been a customer for years, but my recent experience has been very disappointing. The issue I raised has not been addressed, despite the fact that it may involve someone *****ulently using their domain to send emails. This should raise serious concern, especially as I clearly highlighted this risk in my previous correspondence.

I received an email from a specific address, rep**** to it, and shared information, only to now be told that the email address does not exist in their system. This is extremely concerning. I hope someone reviews this and investigates properly, as it poses a risk not only to me but potentially to other customers as well.

At this stage, I’m concerned that my personal information may have been compromised, and unfortunately, this has impacted my trust.
