Poorest service of SA Homeloans

Poorest service ever, I've reported a geyser faulty around a month ago but they only sent a plumber to come and assess the problem after 2 days I reported the matter then 3 to 4 weeks without and feedback, until I organize my own people to come and fix the geyser for me. Until today i haven't got any communication. Poorest service ever while I'm still paying for my house insurance.
