Poor service SA Homeloans Insurance

Insurance Claim CL*** I put a ceiling damage claim through to Sa Home Loans insurance. Helped me immediately. The accessor viewed the property and submitted the claim I fixed the roof leak the next day. I was contacted by an agent and they said they would send me form to fill in and sign. I never received an email from this agent. I called in and then I was told they would email the form to me. I never got an email. Then the 3rd time I called a lady assisted and sent the form. I emailed it back the same day. It was never processed. Then 2 weeks passed and I called again. Then I had to send the forms again after the laps time they gave to submit the forms. I was then emailed and told the claim is processed and I will receive payment within 2 business days. It's now 4 days after and when you email the staff no one has the decency to pick up a phone and call. Been a client for 13 years with them but the staff there give the business a bad name by not doing their jobs
