Poor service sa home loans

My geyser is tripping the electricity and I phoned sa home loans. This was Thursday lunchtime. Explained to them in November last year the geyser was doing the same thing and was repaired. Gave them the old claim number and was told to wait for plumber to contact me. It's Saturday 7pm and no plumber or call. Sa home loans phoned at 3pm Saturday to follow up and told them no plumber has come or called. Tried to phone the 24 hour call center and the phone goes dead. Terrible servers from a company I've supported for years.
