Poor service_Insurance fund

Reading all the reviews concerning SA Homeloans insure cover I'm not surprised I'm sitting with a poorly managed claim on their side. Long and short is you consider taking insurance with them think twice. I have been without hot water for 18 hours and have taken the matter in my own hand to get resolved. Never missed a premium and asked for extension and this I how you are treated.
