They approved me last June and the house was completed in Feb they told me it will be in my name by the end of March so until today im still waiting i paid de deposit last year . Another thing they have a clause that they can increase the interest without notifying you .I saw that clause last month and nothing i can do now about so please becareful with their low interest rate its just for attracting clients .
