Poor service

I had a bond with sa home loans. Sold the property handed in paperwork to the department of education. Still deductions goes of for 2 months now. Phoned sa home loans they are unable to provide evidence that they did a repayment back into the department of education. Now I need to evidence to submit to hr to ask where is money but without evidence how am I suppose to recieve my money back? Phoned hr they need proof. Now 2months later still I'm paying a bond that is not mine anymore? Pathetic to say the least. This is ridiculous as no one knows when or how I will recieve my money with no evidence I'm paying something that is not mine
