poor service and poor RESPONSE

i lodged a claim at SA homeloans responce very good contractors came to my property they removed everything since then after numerous phone calls and emails i have heard nothing to the status of my claim.SA homeloans stole my property when they removed it from my property.3 weeks later still waiting for a responce .what am i to do?
