Poor Service and Delays

Extremely slow and Unprofessional assistance/ Service.

Service Agent, Nokwethemba Sikhakhana does not respond on emails or answer calls. Her tone and level of Service is putrid and desires a huge amount of improvement.

We send in required documents to her and only responds if and when we query. No updates given , we are extremely dissapointed with the level of service from SA Homeloans. We will definitely not endorse SA Homeloans or recommend them to anyone.

I am p****d off with all the delays in service, app**** around 10th December and process still not completed.
