Poor service

<p>Eveshinee Govindasamy a property finance consultant at the above mentioned institution claimed that the institution can offer me a prime minus one interest rate on my current bond as I was requesting a review on the interest rate. She adviced me to send all relevant documents and complete a new application form. I send her an e-mail requesting clearity on the need to complete and application form as the bond already exists. She never responded. I eventually got hold of her telephonically and insisted that she explain the actual process as I was confused. I was not satisfied with her explanation and requested to speak to her senior. She informed me that he was out and will call me back when he arrives. A week later after leaving three messages for her with no response I got hold of her telephonically and requested to speak to her senior.</p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to Mr Rajan Balakisten on the 10th July 2017 requesting further clearity. He was rude, impatient and dismissive. At one point during the conversation he told me, "I can take my business elsewhere and he doubts that I will be able to get a better deal". </p>
