Poor Service

<p>Seeing as everyone kept telling me that SA Homeloans offers the best deal on homeloans, I decided to investigate switching my bond account. I completed all the necessary paperwork and submitted it. I was sent a one liner in return telling me the loan is 'not affordable'. A ONE LINER. I did not need SA Homeloans to decide if the bond is affordable, I have had my bond for nearly 5 years and NEVER faultered on a payment, so clearly it IS affordable. But it's not the fact that they would not consider me as a client, I wouldn't move to them now if I was paid to, it's the complete unprofessionalism of their staff. A one line reply to a client is simply not on. No "thank you for considering us" or anything. Very poor show. </p>
