Poor SA Home loans care and assistance

After numerous attempts i have asked SA Home loans to help me and my family with some dept relief help.

During the Covid (lockdown)period sa Home loans did help wich was greatly appreciated.

As result of Covid i had to endure a salary cut of 15%. A letter from my employer was forwarded as proof via email. All my other debtors assisted me financially but it is not enough. Today i have asked SA Home loans a 2nd time with all my reasons and they declined immediately.

My reasons : I have a new baby that needs to go to day care in 2021. With my two other children in school. I have to be able to provide for my family.

I feel that SA Home loans doesn't care at all.

My children, wife and i need to eat. We need to be able to go to work My children educated.
