Poor Insurance department

No stars would be a true reflection here. I am disgusted at the Home Insurance department service. *********** staff including management. No interaction with claims consultants, excuses that they on training all the time. Misleading with information and takes weeks to process claims. Their service providers are of low standard and wok ethics. They claim policy states certain conditions but do not abide by it, they give you the cold shoulder when you dispute and object to their actions. Very poor company do not how they still operating. I would feel ashamed to associate myself with such a company. They literally *****ing money from the clients.
