Poor Company Culture

The SA Home Loans HR director was recorded saying that employees who feel uncomfortable to assist unvaccinated clients can refuse service to them and inform their manager that they are not comfortable to assist them.

It would interesting to know what percentage of unvaccinated clients are already on SA Homeloans books and the percentage of potential clients that are unvaccinated, given that the majority of South Africans are unvaccinated.

This level of exclusion is outrageous for a company that supposedly prides itself on inclusivity and their amazing service culture.
