Poor communication
I paid my Bond final at 17/11/2023 I send form paid up home loan option on 17/11/23 Now I want to cancel my insurance policy with SA Home loans the end of May. Now the got problems that I have not send in paid up loan form The have not even send my Home owners paper yet From my side I can cancell the incuranse at SA home loans and take a insurance out at any company Now SA Homeloans has a problem with that My bond no is *** Mr J.J. Potgieter My loan account been closed on 17/11/23
