POOOOOOR excuse of a home owners insurance company

This is the worst experience ever with an insurance company EVER... I had a claim in on the 13th of November 2017 on water damages. We where paid out a section of the damages but was declined on laminated flooring on which all problems "hell" with this service provider began.

There assessor that they sent out to inspect all damages just got out with a camera and nothing else... Lifting up sealing boards and taking photos of the inside of the roof... No instrument or no tape measure to make measurements or anything on the main reason why he was there, because we had water damage on leaking roof that they had payed out for but the damage on the laminated flooring they declined reason being "deficiency in my building and wall's" that is the reason of the decline on the main bedroom????? really....

So now the fun started when i sent back to them what about the secondary bedroom my son's room on also which they have comp**** to pay out on sealing board damages...
