PAYMENT RELIEF A ****!!!

I'm so dissapointed with how is handling the payment relief applications... you are being sent from pillar to post... with no clear direction. I've been a loyal customer, and was paying even more than my instalment. But its now very difficult to grant a 3 months payment relief in order to deal with effects of the Covid19.
