Payment arrangement

I work in the aviation industry and as we all know we are facing a difficult time. I have not been to work for a month now and with the lockdown being on level 2 it is still unknown when we will get to level 2 so that I can go back to work. The aviation is not making money therefore no work no pay. I called SAhomeloans to make an arrangement but no one is willing to help. I must worry about my bond and putting food on the table for my kids but to them it is not their business. I was told to provide a letter. I sent them emails that every employee got from the company regarding payment. SAhomelians refuses to make payment arrangements and it is such a shame under the circumstances. After this I am switching banks.
