Pathetic service, SA HOME LOANS!

I'm terribly disappointed in the pathetic service received from two of SA Home Loans' employees...one of them being in a managerial position.

SAHL is not a legal company! Its employees have no business giving legal advice to any client or potential client. For the sake of getting a 'sale', one of its employees has given unsolicited legal advice which could have tremendous repercussions. What is more dissatisfactory is that I repeatedly asked the SA Home Loans employee not to get involved in my personal life especially since I honor my bond payments with SAHL.

I made my complaint known to this employee's manager who then PROMISED to investigate and get back to me on Monday 12th or 15th March, yet five workdays later, promise not kept!

I will thus be taking my business elsewhere, SA Home Loans!
