PATHETIC SERVICE FROM SA HOMELOANS - LEON NAIDO AND MOUSHUMI M

I do not think SA Homeloans is worth the 1 star. I have app**** for a payment holiday break and the consultant was Leon Naido (***). From the start it was difficult to communicate with him as he initially said that the arrangement can be held against me if I apply for credit in future. I took it up with him. And he said he has spoken to his manager and it has been sorted. The last month the debit order for the arranged amount did not go of. I asked him if the arrangement was in place, he confirmed that it was. I then got an email from *** from the pre-legal department stating I was in arrears. I was furious (after I have confirmed with Leon Naido that everything was in place). HE IS THE MOST *********** AND RUDE PERSON I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSS.. He has NO PEOPLE S****S AT ALL. I then demanded that I get a letter of apology from the legal department. I got an email on the 5th of May. Low and behold, today I have received an sms from SA homeloans that I am still in arrears. I have asked Leon Naido for the managers number but he did not give it to me. He called me a while back and was so rude I refused to talk to him and he hang up. Did he get any training at all? I need a manager to call me and put in writing that my payment holiday break is in place and that I will not get a letter from pre-legal. Futherfmore I am going to get a letter om ITC as well to ensure that my name is cleared.
