Pathetic Service From SA Homeloans

I logged an insurance claim with SA Homeloans on the 10/03/2016 at 08.14 a.m. to send an assessor for the damage to my roof. The assessor was only available on a Saturday afternoon, Enticap Pty Ltd trading as Imbazo, which inconvenienced me as I had plans with my kids. The assessor, Benji, had a strong smell of alcohol and didn't seem interested in being there at all. He did not inspect the roof, as I would have expected because it had a leak. He did not even climb onto the roof nor did he inspect the ceiling. He only took pictures bragging about his camera zoom function. On the 15/03/2016,I called to follow up on my claim and was advised that my claim had been rejected due to the assessor reporting that it was the ridges that were faulty and I am responsible for the maintenance thereof. I then contacted an independent service provider who then discovered that it was in fact not the ridges as Benji had reported. It was in fact a few broken tiles which were damaged. Resulting in me paying for the repairs as it had been raining and my home was drenched in water.<br> When I called in to dispute the report from Benji, I was told that he has submitted pictures, disgusting service.
