Pathetic service

We have been dealing with Anita from the Somerset Mall Branch, when looking and applying for the property they more then happy to assist to make the deal, but try and have them sell it or move it off your name, they couldn't care less. I have been waiting 4 months for them to process a deal, 2 months ago I was assured it would be taken care of, Guess What, the debt went off my account again financially ruining me. Despite my efforts in continually e-mailing asking for a update, Anita could not care to respond. Fri, Jun 28, 9:52 AM She advised she was meeting the accountant the Monday. Since then not one update. I unfortunately have nothing left to sell to make it, guess blacklisting here I come. Thanks SA Homeloans, doubt I will ever recommend or make use of your services again
