PATHETIC SA Home Loans Service

App**** for a bond through SA Home Loans and my application was approved almost immediately. I submitted documents on time. I was hounded daily by the agent assigned to me, Thrushin Naicker, to ensure that all my details were correct and to collect additional information for the process. Shortly after this, I was also hounded by the agent Onoy Zulu to sign up for the life insurance cover over the bond which I signed and accepted. I was then assigned an attorney to register the bond. I signed the documents on 30 January 2018 and my documents have still not been submitted to the deeds office. I handed over my title deed to the attorney Oscar Rikhotso from Mokoena Maphosa attorneys and he has been as useless as SA Home Loans. I have not heard from Thrushin after sending TWO EMAILS asking what is happening. The nature of my job does not allow me time to call during the day and by the time I knock off work, office is closed and I cannot get through to the call centre. I actually want to cancel my application and would rather go through my financial services provider. SA Home Loans are quick to approve your application but take their time in actually processing it. Waste of my time - pathetic service and pathetic customer service. Perhaps you should also review the attorneys you have on your board because it seems they also don’t have a sense of urgency when it comes to bond registrations.
